Bahia Joias de Autor, Lda. was established in June 1949, dedicating its activity to the manufacture and commercialization of author jewellery.
The company has 2 lines of products, the domestic and the professional, which together add a portfolio of over 60 different products. It works in the author’s jewelry segment (MARIA João Bahia), using only noble materials (gold, silver and platinum) where it makes nails with semi-precious and precious stones, besides others (always originating from organic elements, offered by nature), such as pearls, coral and amber.

In the scope of the project the company intends to bet in the organizational and marketing innovation, based on the Industry 4.0 references, aiming at the increase of its competitiveness through the promotion of the Maria João Bahia brand in the global market.
The Project contemplates the hiring of two TAQ in the areas of Management / Web Management, and, Marketing or similar; the restructuring of the brand in order to become more appealing in the external market, and, respective extra-community registration, and, the bet on the principles of Industry 4.0 both in the organizational side, aiming at a dematerialized management, as in the marketing side, with impact on the international promotion of the brand.
